  Went to visit on 18/08 with myself and 3 friends. No acknowledgement from the waitress when we entered. Barista said hi etc and told us where our table was. Sat there for at least 10-15mins b4 we stopped the waitress and asked for coffees. She took our order (no pen or paper with orders). Drinks arrived and after 5mins we still only had 3 drinks. Friend went to barista and ordered her coffee which had been completely overlooked altho the waitress repeated our orders.
  We ordered our meals, again with the waitress remembering our 4 orders in her head.
  Meals came and AGAIN they missed our friend's order. Waitress apologised but at this stage we were a tad over it.
  Note to oneself...carry a notepad and pen and right down orders so mistakes don't happen. Can forgive 1 but for it to happen twice is hopeless.
  Food was nice and the barista was lovely. The waitress had no personality whatsoever.
  You can't teach/train personality.
  It's not hard just to treat people how you would want to be treated.
