  Sandy definitely knows her stuff! My husband was sceptical beforehand but was happy to admit he was wrong once he saw what a difference the furniture staging made to the overall presentation of the property. I honestly believe it made a big difference to price that was achieved and how quickly it sold.

  I recently sold my late Mothers house which was tired and outdated but after a bit of paint and some hard labour in the garden and a small investment in staging using Sandra from Colour Magic we achieved a great result at auction selling for $46k over reserve.
  I honestly believe that result was not possible without the wonderful job that Sandra did making the once dull, empty outdated house look like a cosy warm and very inviting home. I have no doubt that that her tasteful furnishings and decorating influenced the traffic that we had through place prior to auction and ultimately helped us do justice to our mums humble house.
  The whole process was easy and well organised and very affordable considering the outcome.
